Eddi Residence

A Timeless Vision of Architectural Excellence

Situated in one of Toronto’s established neighbourhoods, this exceptional residence represents a remarkable expression of thoughtful design, architectural innovation, and refined craftsmanship.
Rather than pursuing complete demolition and reconstruction, Unit Homes embraced the opportunity to preserve and reinforce the existing structure, thoughtfully transforming the property through an exceptional architectural addition.
Guided by our client’s vision, carefully considered budget, and the distinctive character of the surrounding neighbourhood, every stage of design and construction was approached with precision, creativity, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
The result is a truly distinguished residence that seamlessly blends the integrity of its original architecture with contemporary sophistication, delivering exceptional beauty, functionality, and enduring value.

A remarkable transformation that proves true architectural excellence lies not merely in building something new, but in recognizing the extraordinary potential of what already exists.
